India is a developing country and to bring India in the series of developed country, Education is the only medium.At presents the literacy rate of our country is very low and to provide education to further genre we need schools and to run schools we need trained teachers as the academic future rests on their shoulders to impart quality education.Moreover, the new millennium nations are judged by their citizens'level of education is one of the major determinant.Literacy of a nation in future will be a yardstick to measure the level of education.

Objectives of K.I.T.E

• To train qualified teachers for Secondary and Senior Secondary Schools.The goal is to equip all of K.I.T.E teacher graduates from the faculty of Arts,Science and Commerce with the skills to lay the foundation for appropriate human resourses development to meet the future challenges.
• Personality enhancement of pupil - teacher for imparting professional knowledge and skills.
• To inspire zeal, confidence and tenacity in an individual according to his or her aptitude and role.
• To promote social awareness and to volunteer for social services
• Introduce the pupil teacher to child psychology and behaviourial patterns.
• Initiate activities that lead to achieving in the above mention objectives.
