Aim of K.I.T.E

Objectives of K.I.T.E

  • To train qualified teachers for Secondary and Senior Secondary Schools.The goal is to equip all of K.I.T.E teacher graduates from the faculty of Arts,Science and Commerce with the skills to lay the foundation for appropriate human resourses development to meet the future challenges.
  • Personality enhancement of pupil - teacher for imparting professional knowledge and skills.
  • To inspire zeal, confidence and tenacity in an individual according to his or her aptitude and role.
  • To promote social awareness and to volunteer for social services
  • Introduce the pupil teacher to child psychology and behaviourial patterns.
  • Initiate activities that lead to achieving in the above mention objectives.
